The driving force behind Entertainment on Ice is Madelène van Beuzekom.

Madelène is a former top sport figure skater. She turned her passion into her job when, at the age of 18, she became the only Dutch person to skate with the international company Holiday on Ice, traveling the world for six years as a top performer. After this experience, Madelène started her company Entertainment on Ice with which she wants to give skating a stage and share the beauty of skating with the world by developing and producing skating shows and acts.
For example, she thought of making a skating musical about the Elfstedentocht. Musical de Tocht premiered on October 1, 2023 and played for 9 months attracting 300,000 visitors and winning two musical awards.

Conceiving and creating entertainment concepts herself is her passion, but sharing them with audiences is what drives her.

Ineke is a jack of all trades and gets excited about organizing large events, but also from maintaining contact with clients and artists to creating an archive. Not only does this make her heart beat faster, she is also passionate about organizing (work) processes. How can everything be done more efficiently, sustainably or cost-effectively? From artist management to organizing shows and performance camp. Ineke is operationally indispensable and is the first to call you back if you contact us.

Lucia’s greatest passion is on the ice. She loves to skate herself in competitions and shows and has been doing so for Entertainment on Ice for years. Besides her studies at the HU Amersfoort, her next step is now to be of significance on the organizational side of Entertainment. Her experience as an artist comes in handy within artist management and within organizing the Entertainment on Ice performance camp. Are you a figure skater and want to become an artist? Under the name “Zeah,” Leah makes costumes for competitive and show art skaters. Working with spandex, mesh and glitter is her second nature. On top of this, she is still on the ice herself as a coach, choreographer and skater. Recently she also became a barre instructor, a ballet-inspired work-out form. Leah is a real jack-of-all-trades and has been involved with Entertainment on Ice for quite some time in the field of costumes, but also in an organizational role during Entertainment on Ice’s performance camp.

If it were up to Sterre, she would be at the rink all day. There she feels at home and free. As a competitive skater, she traveled the world to train. Sterre also developed a mega spectacular fire act on ice with which she has been performing for years as “Fire Star on Ice” in various international ice skating shows and so also for Entertainment on Ice. In addition to performing as an artist, Sterre has been active for Entertainment on Ice from the beginning on an organizational level.
